 Order Confirmation
  • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 
  • If your item(s) are either in stock and available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) or are on backorder but on track for shipment (aligns with shipping information on the product page), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
  • If your item is no longer in stock, or your item is on backorder but going to take longer to ship than shipping estimate on the product page, we will reach out to you via e-mail and ask you how you would like to proceed.
     Free Order Shipment and Tracking
    • We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided during checking out. 
    • After the item has shipped, the typical estimated time of arrival is 3-7 business days.
     Free Shipment Exceptions
    • We only offer free shipping within the continental United States. 
    • Due to size and weight, we do not offer free shipping on Electrocorp air purifiers
     Order Cancellations
    • Orders are typically processed immediately. We will make every effort to honor cancellation requests before your order ships, but we are unable to guarantee cancellation once your order has been processed. You can cancel your order for a backordered item until the day the item ships. To cancel your order, please call us at 1-866-626-5969 or email us at support@thinkairpurifiers.com
    • To cancel an order, reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order online. Just tell us why you need to cancel and we will process it as soon as we can. 
    • Refunds will be issued to the credit card that you used when placing your order.
