How Clean is Your Indoor Air?

Indoor Air

A recent study found that the air in your home can be two to five times more polluted than outdoor air! And yes, we are talking about right here in the United States.

Modern day infrastructure (e.g. energy efficient windows and doors) is adding more burden to our indoor air. Think about pollutants like pollen, dusk, mold, smoke, chemicals and airborne viruses being trapped inside.

Many of us don't think about it much. We go to doctors and drug stores to manage various symptoms such as difficulty breathing, feeling sick/tired, sleep troubles, etc. Do you know there is something we can do to get rid of the indoor air pollutants and feel healthier?

Check out the short list of better indoor air quality linking to positive health effects.

  • MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity)
  • Autoimmune disease
  • Respiratory disease (e.g. Asthma, Nasal Congestion)
  • Allergy (e.g. Itchy throat/Nose, Itchy Watery Eyes, Sneezing)
  • Itchy Skin/Hives
  • Fatigue/Irritability

So, how clean is your indoor air? Probably not as clean as you think or hope it would be. Air purifiers can help, but they are not all are created equal. You need to select one that meets your specific needs. Check out our Air Purifiers Buying Guide.
