Airpura UV600 Air Purifier and Human Viruses

Rutgers University conducted a study on the effects of HEPA Filtration & UV Light from an Airpura UV600 model air purifier on Human Viruses.
"The AirPura air purifier effectively removed particles across the investigated size range from 0.02 µm to 2.5 µm and even up to 10 µm when investigated at a medium operating setting. The CADR was uniform across the investigated size range and had an average value of 195 cfm. The size range at which this removal was achieved incorporates viral-sized particles e.g., particles in the 20-250 nm range, which could be carrying individual viral particles and particles in the 0.25 – 2.5 µm range, which would correspond to particles carrying viral agglomerates and other particles. PM10 fraction encompasses virus-carrying aerosols and also larger droplets up to 10 µm in size."
